At LiteracyPlanet, we understand that grammar can be one of the most confusing aspects of literacy – for the students as well as the teachers. That’s why we’ve been working hard to bring you new grammar and punctuation exercises to the program, where both teaching and learning are supported in a fun and simple way.

The 170 new exercises focus on a range of grammar and punctuation techniques, including:

  • Alliteration
  • Onomatopoeia
  • Tenses
  • Homophones and Homonyms
  • Active and Passive Verbs
  • Idioms
  • Determiners
  • Participles
  • Colons & Semi-Colons
  • Conjunctions
  • Direct and Indirect Speech
  • Subjunctive
  • Metaphors, Puns and Smilies

These new lessons and exercises are available for both primary and secondary year levels, as well as the ability to be adapted for whole class, small group or individual instruction.

The update will be live as of October 3rd, 2017
